Rental bicycles will be delivered to your hotel ① where you will start cycling via courier.

You will need to send the bicycle shipping box via courier to the hotel ② where you will be returning the bicycle.

Please request courier service at the hotel counter.

From the hotel ② where you will be returning the bicycle, you will need to pack the bicycle in the box and ship it to the return address which is indicated on the shopping slip as the return address.

*The shipping slip will be in the box which you will get at the hotel ①.

*Booking should be at lease 2 months in advance. 

A compensation/deposit of JPY 20,000 yen/bike (separate from the rental fee) is required at the time of booking.

*If you cancel in advance, it will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

The compensation/deposit of JPY 20,000 yen/bike will be refunded after the bicycle is returned, after we inspect it for damage, missing items, and defects and find no problems.

After receiving your application via below, we will check availability for your desired date and reply to confirm your reservation.

We will send you a link to pay The compensation deposit as the  booking deposit, please pay it when you make your reservation.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

The full payment for the rental fee should be made 1 month before booking date.

You assume 100% responsibility and risk whilst using our bikes. 

You must obey the rules of the road - Japanese law is very strict.

Please report ANY crashes or incidents ASAP.

Bike Damages, Losses and Flats incurred will be assessed and charged for.

This includes scratch damages, lost items, crash damages, punctures and anything that happened while you ride.

Our bike rentals and components are affordable and based on daily, multi-day or weekly rates.

Bikes are professionally maintained.

Bikes are equipped with spare tube and tools and the cardboad box for delivery/collection.

*Bikes are inspected upon delivery and pickup.

*We keep careful notes about the condition of each bike. 

Cancel policy
