Cancel policy for bicycle rental service

A compensation/deposit of 20,000 yen (separate from the rental fee) is required at the time of booking.
*If you cancel in advance, it will be refunded in accordance with our
cancellation policy.
Full payment should be made before 30 days prior to the booking date.

1. Cancel after 14 days prior to the booking date, Cancellation fee: 20% of the price
(you will receive the refund for 80% of your full payment and a compensation/deposit of 20,000 yen.)

2. Cancel after 7 days prior to the booking date, Cancellation fee: 50% of the price.
(you will receive the refund for 50% of your full payment and a compensation/deposit of 20,000 yen.)

3. Cancel after 3 days prior to the
booking date, Cancellation fee: 80% of the price.
(you will receive the refund for 20% of your full payment and a compensation/deposit
of 20,000 yen.)

4. Cancel after the booking date, Cancellation fee: 100% of the price.
(you will receive no refund for full payment but a compensation/deposit of 20,000 yen.)
