The Service User (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and Mitsuori Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") enter into the following agreement regarding Party A's delivery and storage services for its goods and materials (hereinafter referred to as "Services").
Article 1 (Purpose)
Party A will outsource the delivery and temporary storage of Party A's goods or materials to Party B, and Party B will accept such services.
Article 2 (Individual Agreement)
Details of delivery dates, times, locations, fees, etc. will be specified in a dispatch request form issued by Party A each time, or in a written document such as email (hereinafter referred to as the "Individual Agreement").
Article 3 (Duty of Care)
Party B must handle goods with the care of a prudent manager and comply with all relevant laws and regulations when performing the Services.
Article 4 (Inspection and Accident Reporting)
1. Upon receiving the goods, Party B must inspect the exterior for any abnormalities.
2. In the event of loss, damage, or other accidents during delivery or storage, Party B shall immediately report this to Party A and seek further instructions.
Article 5 (Storage Services)
1. Party B shall store the packages entrusted to Party A in an appropriate environment at a storage location designated by Party A.
2. For packages whose storage period has expired or for which Party A has issued a shipping instruction, Party B shall promptly arrange for delivery or collection.
Article 6 (Payment of Consignment Fees)
1. Party A shall pay Party B a consignment fee calculated based on a separately determined fee schedule as consideration for this service.
2. Party A shall pay Party B a deposit of 20% of the fee at the time of reservation.
3. If cancellation is made at least one month prior to the reservation date, Party B shall refund the deposit to Party A.
4. Party A shall pay Party B the remaining amount, minus the deposit, by the day before the service date.
Article 7 (Damages)
1. In the event of loss or damage to cargo due to reasons attributable to Party B, Party B shall compensate Party A for such damages.
2. The amount of compensation referred to in the preceding paragraph shall, in principle, be the current market value of the cargo or the amount of Party B's transportation insurance and liability insurance. However, this does not apply in cases where Party B has acted intentionally or grossly negligently.
Article 8 (Matters to be Negotiated)
A and Party B shall negotiate and attempt to resolve any matters not specified in this Agreement or any matters in which doubt arises regarding the interpretation of this Agreement in good faith.
After receiving your booking application via below, we will check capacity for your desired date and reply to confirm your reservation.
We will send you the payment link for the booking deposit 20%, please pay it if you make your reservation.Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment for booking deposit has been done.
*The booking should be made at least 1 month before booking date.
*The balance payment (80%) should be done until 3 days before the booking date.
